Testing Panel For The Professional Adult Industry

After you have paid for your order, a requisition will be emailed to you. Depending on the tests ordered there may be multiple requisition forms.
You should not need the forms but having them may speed up the process. A printed copy is not required. You will need your ID at the time of testing.
All STD tests are now done with blood or urine. You can have your blood drawn at the LabCorp location that is most convenient to you. Click the image to find the Labcorp closest to you
Please allow up to four hours between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST to receive your order. Check your spam folder as sometimes the order will be sent there by your email client. Any orders after 6:00 pm may not be processed until the next business day.
- Chlamydia -NG RNA TMA – Test for both chlamydia and gonorrhea
- HB Surface Antigen/HB Core Antibody – Hepatitis B Please note that if you have had the Hepatitis B vaccine your Surface Antibody will be positive and Core Antigen will be negative. Hepatitis Surface Antibody test is available if you wish to test your immunity status.
